Job Description : General Manager - Operations (Manufacturing) Location: GUYANA Industry: Blow Molding Manufacturing We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Operations to join our team. The GM will oversee Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance within our manufacturing operations. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in increasing productivity, ensuring high-quality output, and minimizing machine breakdowns. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of production, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Lead initiatives to improve quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement strategies to reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Drive productivity improvements across the manufacturing process. Collaborate with other departments to optimize resources and achieve company goals. Provide leadership and guidance to the production and maintenance teams. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Extensive experience in production management within the Blow Molding industry. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
