Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO VENEZUELA FOR OIL AND GAS - Maintaining the Company's accounting records in accordance with group policies, regulatory and general accepted accounting principles. The role shall also include supervising the transactional accounting and ensuring that the appropriate processes are followed. - Along with this you will also be responsible for Monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting and taking care of statutory audits - Taking care of all taxation matters (both direct as well as indirect), working capital management, banking relations, MIS, entire financial planning & analysis cycle (budgeting, planning & forecasting) - Taking care of all manufacturing locations from a financial stand point and ensuring that costs incurred are rationalized. This also extends to optimizing the entire supply chain & procurement cycle for the firm Partnering with the Managing Director & the business teams of the firm to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities to enhance the top line as well as the bottom line of the firm. - This will come in the form of new product lines, markets as well as manufacturing facilities Identification of Joint Venture as well as Acquisition opportunities A successful candidate should be a chartered Accountant / MBA with between 25 to 30 years of experience most of which will be ideally coming in from manufacturing intensive organizations (candidates from medium or large sized firms would be ideal). You will have a strong track record of maintaining internal controls & compliance as well as mitigating risks & fraud. You will also be a strong business partner coming with result backed achievements in terms of enhancing top lines of firms that you have worked with. Salary USD 300K PA
