Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO SPAIN Open to International candidates This position requires a strong ability to manage multicultural teams spread across several countries, with a special focus on optimizing operational, financial and business growth processes. The COO will work closely with the management team, reporting directly to the CEO, to ensure that global strategies and action plans are executed effectively and aligned with the company's financial and operational objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Global Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate Country Managers in the countries where the company has a presence, ensuring that local operations are aligned with corporate standards and objectives. Lead the Customer Success team at headquarters, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the value chain. Implement and follow best practices to improve productivity, performance and quality of global operations. 2. Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO and CEO to meet financial objectives, ensuring that the expected results in the profit and loss (P&L) account are achieved. Analyze and monitor key financial indicators (KPIs), proposing and implementing corrective action plans when necessary. Control the overall operating budget, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency. 3. Strategic Growth: Lead the company's organic expansion, including the opening of new offices in current and emerging markets. Develop inorganic growth strategies by identifying opportunities for business acquisitions, mergers or strategic partnerships. Evaluate new markets and business opportunities that help drive the company's long-term growth. 4. Leadership and Team Development: Manage a large multicultural team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Develop internal talent, promoting training and professional growth programs to ensure team retention and development. 5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools and processes that improve the efficiency and productivity of global operations. REQUIREMENTS Valuable University Education. ESSENTIAL: Availability to travel around 40% of the time. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is essential High level of English and Spanish required, any further rlanguage is a plus Extensive experience in team management and leadership. Negotiation skills, strategic decision-making and conflict resolution. Organization and habit working under planning.
