Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager – Food Manufacturing SOUTHERN AFRICA The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food manufacturing, specifically in mayonnaise production, and possess strong leadership abilities to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee the entire mayonnaise production process, ensuring quality and safety standards. •Optimize production schedules and manage budgets for efficient operations. •Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of high performance. •Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold quality control measures. •Analyze production metrics to identify and implement areas for improvement. •Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: •BSc or MSc in Food Technology or a related field. •Minimum of 20 years in food production, with at least 7-8 years in mayonnaise manufacturing. •Proven leadership experience in managing production teams. •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
