Mentor and lead a high-performing accounting team. Handle tax planning and ensure compliance with local/international laws. Optimize financial systems and processes. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: - Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred). - 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. - Strong skills in financial reporting, taxation, and analysis.
