Job Description : GM FMCG NAIROBI KENYA Exciting Opportunity for a General Manager to join a well-established FMCG business who have a really unique and interesting product portfolio and exceptional customers! In this site leadership role, you will report directly to the group Operations Director, leading the sites senior leadership team across a busy factory, overseeing the site strategy, including all manufacturing, commercials, with full site P&L responsibility. As General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in modernising the factory, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring smooth site operations. This business has super high standards to meet customer expectations and now require an influential leader with gravitas to drive excellence and deliver!
