Job Description : CEO PLASTIC MANUFACTURING ETHIOPIA Age: 40-50 Years Experience: 15-20 Years experience of which 5 years should be at the similar level. Qualification: Any Graduate & MBA (Sales & Marketing) The incumbent will be responsible for leading the organization's overall strategy, direction, & vision. Making key decisions on operations, finance, and business development. Overseeing the implementation of business plans and policies & ensuring the organization's financial health, growth, & sustainability. Leading overall aspects of P&L management and operations for various product lines in the country. Delivering expertise in brand management, and consumer insights, and to build and grow profitable businesses in emerging markets. Formulating and implementing policies and procedures consistent with the organizations mission, vision, and objectives in conjunction with the Board. Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure efficient operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand customer base and revenue. Managing key stakeholders in the Headquarters, Board, Shareholders, Vendors, Manufacturing and Distribution partners. Leading with turnaround of Company from a loss-making to operationally profitable company by driving multi-pronged change management strategies, covering internal capabilities, distribution, business models, pricing, and marketing and brand- building programs. Mature and strategic Professional with Vision, High task orientation and ability to achieve challenging tasks / objectives. Team handling ability is a must Good at building & managing relationships at all levels. Effective communication skills & ability to be tactfully assertive and work through Systems approach. Analytical mind set and problem-solving orientation. Strategic thinker with ability to make data-driven decisions.
