Job Description : LOGISTICS MANAGER DUBAI looking for a hands on manager of warehouse facilities, compromising of multi-functional teams and leading logistics planning, forecasting, warehouse management of the JAFZA warehouse * This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company where you can grow your career * Managing a team of 3 direct reports and up to 50 indirect reports Key Requirements and Deliverables: Collaborative management reporting into the Head of Logistics Supportive and motivational manager with the ability to train and upskill Leading space optimization for high volume goods to enhance warehousing operations, initiation SOP standardization and execute clear OHS policies and procedures Focus on leading accuracy with External Audit Certification for warehouse process system and executions which Ensure that all distribution operations and systems comply with local PRO, Health, Safety, and Environmental/Risk Management Legislation as well as with Corporate Policies for warehouse & logistics operations. Improve operational performance, reduced costs & lead times, steer higher quality through acquisition of correct material and through effective integration of price, quality, inventory positioning & operational considerations specifically within JAFZA requirements Ensure proper documentation and records comply with the regulations of the local / international authorities / customs and internal audit department Must have JAFZA experience that's recent or JAFZA compliance experience
