Job Description : COO KENYA 10-15 years experience Candidate from Real Estate / Residential Construction Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Construction field Proven work experience of at least 8 to 10 years in a construction company Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources); People management skills, Basic understanding of financial accounting A distinguished professional history demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Construction industry. Knowledge of policies, rules, regulations and directives related to the Construction sector. Sound knowledge of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the department. Strong leadership and skills to foster teamwork; develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts as well as ability to provide direction, guidance, momentum and vision in order to achieve organizational objectives. Demonstrated business acumen - able to create strategy and actions that influence business success.
