Job Description : Group CEO ( Meat, FMCG industry) Location: Angola South Africa Qualification: Any graduate, MBA ( IIM, IIT) CTC Budget: 15,000 USD- 20000 USD Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: o Develop and execute the overall strategic vision and business plan for the group. o Identify growth opportunities within the FMCG and meat processing sectors. 2. Operational Oversight: o Oversee production and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards. o Implement best practices for food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. 3. Financial Management: o Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to achieve profitability targets. o Drive financial performance through effective cost management and revenue growth strategies. 4. Market Development: o Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive product innovation and brand development. o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. 5. Team Leadership: o Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams across various business units. o Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 6. Sustainability Initiatives: o Champion sustainable practices across the organization, focusing on ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship. o Engage with industry bodies and stakeholders on sustainability and industry best practices. 7. Risk Management: o Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain, production, and market fluctuations. o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations. 8. Performance Monitoring: o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and operations. o Regularly report to the board on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
