Store Manager

Job Description : tore Manager ???????????????????????????????????? - Uganda, Africa ???????????????????????????????????? - Steel Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * Proven experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in SAP B1 and other inventory management software. KRA's: * Oversee the overall functioning of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and ensuring timely deliveries. * Utilize SAP B1 to manage inventory, track stock levels, and generate accurate reports for management review. * Analyze store layout and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance workflow and optimize space utilization. * Implement best practices for warehouse and store management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies, maintaining strong relationships to secure favorable terms. * Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and maintain high standards of customer service. * Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand, plan for seasonal requirements, and maintain adequate stock levels at all times. * Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement in store operations.
