Job Description : DAIRY PRODUCTION HEAD WESTERN AUSTRALIA 20-25 years experience The successful candidate will display proven experience working as a Machine Operator within a similar environment. Comply with food safety regulations Set up and sterilize Pasteuriser Responsible for the setting up, operations & maintenance of machinery in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Sanitising/cleaning (CIP) of production equipment and machinery parts Perform processing operations in connection with the production of food products which may include mixing of raw materials, process & packaging. Accurately prepare & maintain all relative paper work, including following SOP’s to meet production & quality standards; Strong understanding of GMP & HACCP policies and practices Requirements: Preferably experience within the Dairy or Food or manufacturing environment. Mechanically Minded Commitment to safe and hygienic work practices Understanding of production processes related to operational requirements Sound understanding of processing equipment and machinery Ability to potentially work rotating shifts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintain machinery
