Job Description : Techno-Commercial Sales Head Preforms Location: West Africa We are a leading rigid packaging manufacturer seeking an experienced Sales Head for our preform products. The role involves driving business growth, leading sales strategies, and managing key client relationships. The candidate should have a strong technical understanding of PET preforms, excellent sales acumen, and proven experience in the packaging industry. Key Responsibilities: · Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. · Provide technical support and maintain client relationships. · Lead a sales team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Conduct market research and provide product development insights. Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred. · 8-10 years of sales experience in the preform or packaging industry. · Strong leadership, technical, and commercial skills.
