Job Description : Chief People Officer (CPO) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Manufacturing Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the human resources and talent strategy of our manufacturing company in Dubai. The CPO will be responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives, fosters a positive workplace culture, and drives employee engagement and retention. This role requires a strategic HR leader who can influence senior management and build a high-performance workforce. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company’s people strategy, aligned with business goals and growth plans. Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Oversee employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture. Implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining best HR practices. Drive performance management processes, including setting KPIs and facilitating regular performance reviews. Provide strategic leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Collaborate with the executive team to align HR policies with business objectives. Lead organizational design and change management initiatives as needed. Manage employee relations, ensuring effective resolution of disputes and promoting a harmonious work environment. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market. Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, HR Director, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing or related industry. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cultural and organizational change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement diversity and inclusion programs. Ability to handle sensitive situations and provide solutions to complex employee relations issues. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
