Job Description : General Manager (Retail Units) Job Opportunity to Join a Leading Conglomerate in Yangon, Myanmar We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Expatriate General Manager (Retail Units) to join our prestigious client company in Yangon, Myanmar. You'll be responsible for leading and driving a team of professionals across over 200 retail units within departmental store or leisure mall setting. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the efficient and profitable operation of departmental store/leisure mall - Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of retail managers and staff. - Drive operational excellence through effective staffing, inventory management, and process improvement. - Analyze retail performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role within a large departmental store or leisure mall environment. - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a significant number of retail units. - Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and driving sales growth. - Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a large team. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
