Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM DUBAI This key role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, managing logistics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics. Work closely with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across the region. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and optimize the supply chain for better performance. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business strategy. Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary to meet operational targets. Ensure compliance with all regional regulations and corporate policies related to supply chain and logistics. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong experience in demand planning, procurement, and logistics operations. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
