Job Description : GM KSA This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a start-up environment and has the drive to lead a business from the ground up. You will have full P&L responsibility, working closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the dealership’s vision, with a clear path to expansion in the near future. Lead the operational and strategic direction of the dealership, ensuring profitability and growth. Oversee all day-to-day operations including sales, aftersales, customer service, and marketing. Build and develop a high-performing team, driving a culture of excellence. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships. Work closely with the corporate office on expansion plans for future sites. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet targets. Implement innovative strategies to increase market share and brand presence. Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the automotive industry. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities. Leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management. A track record of success in achieving growth and profitability in a competitive market. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
