Job Description : Director of Operations leading Public Limited Company Salary range 80lcs per annum to 1.25 crores per annum They have two manufacturing units. Specializing in machined forgings for the petroleum industry, automobile, railway, and defense sectors, we focus on high-quality exports. Manufacturing Units Equipment: 7 Belt Drop Hammers (1 to 3.5 tons), 7 Pneumatic Hammers (1 to 10 tons) Machining Capabilities: GPMs, SPMs, CNCs Current Production: 55000 MT/month Financial Overview Current Turnover: Rs. 900 Cr. per annum Projected Turnover Post-Expansion: Rs. 1500 Cr. per annum Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing operations and drive growth through strategic initiatives and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of both manufacturing units. Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality. Manage the ongoing expansion project Collaborate with technical teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Develop and achieve production and financial targets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing, preferably in forging or machining. Strong technical background with expertise in manufacturing processes and machinery. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
