Job Description : DAIRY/BAKERY FACTORY MANAGER DUBAI Factory Manager -WonderBee Role Profile: We are looking for a Factory Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate operations at WB Factory. The role will be responsible for ensuring and improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies. This position requires the application of considerable judgment and initiative in managing production operations. The Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to: . Anticipate new customer demands. . Monitor business growth to ensure it aligns with factory forecasts. . Participate in and provide input to New Product Development. . Monitor stock levels; alert when below the safety threshold or exceeding target stock levels. . Ensure that sales forecasts align with customer orders. . Control the cost of goods, and propose new transfer prices when necessary to maintain target margins. . Ensure that the flow of goods within the Production Center consistently adheres to Health and Food Safety regulations. . Plan and schedule repair and maintenance activities to maximize asset value and minimize production downtime. . Ensure that pest control interventions are schedule in compliance with Health and Food Safety regulations. .T rack stock levels, stock wastage, and production losses. Ensure that products follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, preventing any expired items from being present in the Factory. Experience +12 years of experience in factory management or a similar roles in Food Industry, with preference on Dairy/Ice Cream Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, stock control, and quality standards. Knowledge of health and food safety regulations and procedures. Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong decision-making skills. Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep production running smoothly. Experience in managing production costs and maintaining profit margins. Strong communication skills to work with teams and management.
