Key Responsibilities: Oversee production, maintenance, and quality control. Lead machine operators and ensure equipment efficiency. Manage inventory, plant shutdowns, and process improvements. Ensure high product standards and workflow optimization. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 10 years of experience in polystyrene foam manufacturing. Expertise in operating and maintaining relevant machinery.
