Job Description : Head of Operations ???? Location: Qatar ???? Experience: 12+ years ???? Salary: Competitive package including benefits and secondary terms Key Responsibilities: - P&L Management: Oversee the business's Profit and Loss performance, driving revenue growth and cost management while optimizing profitability. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth, expand market presence, and meet financial targets aligned with company objectives. - Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction for operational activities, including project execution, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful service delivery. - Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation). An additional degree in Business Administration is a plus. - Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including management of a busy multi-disciplined maintenance facility and provision of site-based services within the oil and gas sector.
