Job Description : OMMISSIONING MANAGER PROCESS PLANT FRANCOPHONE AFRICA ( IVC) Job description: • Design the future plant and its installations • Plan and manage personnel, budget and procedures • Lead, train and coach the team • Implement continuous improvement solutions • Ensure HSE standards are applied at all times • Coordinate with all relevant departments for best performance (maintenance, mining, geology etc.) +15 years experience in start-up operations • Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant field • Hands on leader, ready to work at the heart of the operations • Experience in construction and commissioning of process plants • Experience in managing process plant operations • Bilingual French/English
