Job Description : GROUP CFO KENYA This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and transform the financial operations of a leading organisation in its field. Fundraising Expertise: Proven success in fundraising and capital raising. Investor Relations: Strong ability to manage and nurture investor relationships. Exit Strategy Planning: Experience in preparing for an IPO or a similar exit strategy. Financial Management: Expertise in overseeing financial operations up to $100M. Financial Modeling: Advanced financial modeling skills are essential. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities; a motivating leader and an effective manager. International Experience: Must have experience working in global or multicultural settings. Requirements: Experience: 30+ years in a CFO or senior finance role, with a strong preference for experience in a start-up or scale-up environment Location: Based in Nairobi Team Dynamics: Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and growing team.
