Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD MUMBAI FOR ONLINE FMCG Key Areas of Responsibilities : - Develop Account level strategy for each of the key players including Amazon, FlipKart, Heath Kart, Nykaa, Nobel+, Wellness, Apollo Pharmacy, Big Bazar etc. - Consistently develop strong relationship with the Category and Buyer teams of these accounts - Deliver budgeted Sales by brands across these accounts. - Build and Execute Plans Listing, Distribution and Promotional Strategies to grow the business as per objectives - Engagement with the Principle Partner - P&L Responsibility for the division - Good understanding of Operations. Desired Experience : - Looking for an individual with strong customer management skills and with a penchant for building brands. - The incumbent should ideally have an experience of at least 20 years building a brand on Online & Modern Trade Platforms. - Understanding of the finer nuances of Online Sales and promotions. - Should possess experience of managing complete P&L and operations
