Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy, focusing on SAP, Cloud adoption, and digital transformation. Lead large-scale technology projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives. Oversee the enhancement, migration, and optimization of SAP solutions to improve business processes. Drive the overall cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities where technology can drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and governance frameworks to ensure effective delivery of technology services. Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain a high level of cybersecurity. Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as a Head of IT, IT Director, or CIO. Expertise in SAP implementation, optimization, and management. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience driving cloud adoption. Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Solid understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. Strong problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technology.
