Group FP & A Manager

Job Description : GROUP FP & A MAANGER LISBON PORTUGAL As the Group FP&A Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities, ensuring sustained growth in a dynamic market landscape. Lead the financial planning process, encompassing long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals and growth initiatives. Oversee the annual valuation process, refining financial models and key assumptions to project market positioning and growth potential with precision. Perform comprehensive financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers behind business performance, offering actionable insights for revenue growth and cost optimization. Champion data-driven decision-making and automation, managing a team of data experts and implementing advanced financial technologies, such as GenAI, Streamline and enhance financial systems and processes, driving automation initiatives within the finance department to increase operational efficiency and improve decision-making. Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) platformsto monitor and evaluate KPIs, using these insights to create strategies that foster growth and manage risk effectively. We are looking for 10+ years of analytical experience in financial management, consulting, or investment banking, with proven experience in FP&A, having managed regular reporting to C-Level and shareholders/investors. Work experience in tech/e-commerce/internet industry would be a plus. Knowledge in OneSteam and Planning Analytics/Tableau is a plus as well as data analytics tools and programming (Excel, Python, VBA, Google Sheets scripts, etc.). Fluency in English required.
