Job Description : IT SALES MANAGER OMAN IT Sales Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Omani market, with a deep understanding of the local IT landscape and a strong network of relationships with banks and corporate companies. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with banks and corporate clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions that address their specific requirements. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities. Negotiation and Closing: Conduct effective negotiations and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales within the Omani market. Proven track record of success in selling IT solutions to banks and corporate companies. Strong understanding of the Omani IT market, including regulatory and cultural nuances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
