Job Description : GROUP COMMERCIAL MANAGER ZIMBABWE experienced Group Commercial Manager to oversee the sales, marketing, business development and customer experience for the company. Salary & Benefits: Negotiable Responsibilities: Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the group's business goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and growth areas. Define pricing strategies, sales targets, and revenue models to maximize profitability. Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and new business ventures. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the commercial division. Analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Work closely with the finance team to set financial targets, manage pricing policies, and optimize revenue streams. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales objectives. Oversee brand management activities to enhance the group's image and market positioning. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all subsidiaries and platforms. Provide regular reports on commercial performance, including sales trends, financial outcomes, and market conditions. Identify commercial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies. Key Skills: Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales management role, preferably within a multi-company or group setting. Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Experience in contract negotiation and managing partnerships. Knowledge of industry trends and competitor analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;a Master's degree is an advantage. Motor Industry experience an added advantage
