Maintenance Head

Job Description : MAINTENANCE HEAD FOOD PROCESSING EAST AFRICA Manage asset care activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance schedules. Analyze data from CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. Calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to procure high-quality products at competitive prices. Oversee inventory management processes to ensure timely stocking and replenishment of spare parts. Desired Candidate Profile 20-25 years of experience in power industry with expertise in asset care, CMMS, inventory management, vendor management, and OEE calculation. MS/M.Sc degree in Science (Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering). Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles applied to power generation systems.
