Chief Revenue Officer

Job Description : CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER EAST AFRICA a premier systems integrator in East Africa. They are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead their revenue generation strategies and drive business growth. Drive revenue growth to achieve a topline target of $70 Million in 5 years with an emphasis on Services Driven Revenue. Lead market expansion into new territories while increasing wallet share within existing clients. Build and inspire a high-performing sales team across geographies, capable of selling a diverse portfolio of services and products. Craft and implement marketing strategies to position our company as a preferred IT partner. Develop an account planning and QBR process for all key accounts. Grow active account base by 100 % in 24 months. Increase MRR opportunities in current install base and make it a priority with new business. Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree required. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue and margin growth in similar industries. Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams across multiple regions. Deep understanding of enterprise sales, particularly within banking & financial services, telecommunications, and NGO sectors. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Demonstrates excellent experience in managing multi stakeholder relationships.
