Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD KENYA a Europe headquartered company, a global leader in the manufacturing of consumer goods. With a strong focus on delivering the best customer experience, they are building a strong footprint in the global FMCG landscape. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Region), an incumbent will be responsible for the following: · Running and directing day to day operations with a focus on increasing production at a lower cost · Strategising and defining goals, priorities, focus areas, and new expansion avenues for the team and the company · Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the client · Ensuring that the current resources are optimally used, and new technologies are being adopted · Team leadership · Engineer from top engineering colleges, IITs/NITs/BITS · More than 20 years experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical companies, with an impactful work record · Leadership experience in handling plant operations · Ambition to grow in a larger role within site management domain · Excellent stakeholder management experience · Impressive communication skills and strong vision for personal growth
