Job Description : SECURITY GM GHANA 18+ years experience As a Security General Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of a security organisation or business unit. Rather than focusing on one functional area of management, such as HR, procurement or administration, you will oversee all aspects of the business or business unit. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies and protocols to protect your company’s assets, employees and clients. Your starting salary can vary because of factors like employment contract, level of experience, training, or location. Your salary as a Full Time Security General manager may increase over time as you build skills, knowledge and experience. Weekly Pay: $2,600 - $3,100 Annual Pay: $140,000 -$160,000 Hours per week: 38 Salary & Benefits ASIAL SECURITY CAREER FACT FILE Among the day-to-day job responsibilities include: • Oversee and manage the development and implemention of security policies, procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and information. • Develop and managing a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations. • Oversee and/or manage risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats or vulnerabilities. • Collaborating with your management team to ensure security measures are integrated into overall business operations. • Be responsible for the monitoring and analysing security systems, such as access control, CCTV, and alarms, to detect and respond to any breaches or anomalies. • Lead with knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends, identifying enhancements to existing systems as needed. • Manage the organisations liaison with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and security vendors to coordinate response and support. • Manage the preparation and presention of reports on security metrics, incidents and compliance to executive management. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical conduct in all security and business related matters.
