Job Description : PHARMA PLANT HEAD MONROVIA, LIBERIA Leading Indian pharma company with roots in the Oral Solid Dosages and Oral Liquid Dosages space Job Description 1. Ensuring GMP/Other Regulatory Compliances in Plant Facility. 2. To ensure no IR issues raise in plant operation. 3. Ensuring Compliance of Government Regulations to Drug & Cosmetics Act, Pollution Control (State & Central), and Labour Act, Industrial Act, Fire Policy etc. and all statutory compliance. 4. Monitoring of production Planning, it is Execution on shop floor ensuring the timely deliverance of finished products. 5. Create and implement best practices in alignment with production/manufacturingvision, strategy, policies, processes to aid and improve business performance in terms of price, quality, delivery targets etc. that would enable organization to function and compete effectively in the market. 6.Report on Production and plant related activities on a regular basis to the Corporate Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators. 7. To ensure & follow the adherence of Quality & EHS policy laid by management in plant premises. 8. Lead and monitor ISO, cGMP and such improvement initiatives. 9. Compliance to Quality System approach (such as SOPs, Change Control, OOS, OOT, Deviation, Incidents etc.) and practicing utmost safety standards to ensure Industrial safety. 10. Liaison with Human Resources in the recruitment and selection for the plant roles, in full compliance with organization policies & Performance Assessment. 11. Ensure environmental audits are carried out with stringent timeline. 12. Monitor in-house Effluent Treatment Plant and complying with 'Zero Liquid Discharge' (not allowed to discharge liquid effluent out of premise) clause. 13. Input and hold responsibility for overall plant budgets; manage the budget from identification to completion of projects. 14. Prepare the annual plant budget and forecasts all Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operations Expenditure (OPEX) proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. 15. Provide leadership to all departments; coach, mentor and develop competencies of direct reportees and develop high performing teams that deliver continuous improvements, add value and achieve the budgeted operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles. 16. Manage relationships with all employee groups to ensure a harmonious work environment and continuous operations in the plant. Sr. No. Job Responsibilities 17. Recognize people related crisis situations, negative behaviors and make decisions in consensus with Senior Corporate Management Team to implement corrective actions at the earliest indication of crisis. 18. Build work culture among all at Plant. 19. Ensure minimum attrition in the plant and work closely with HR Head for retention strategy; and support implementation all HR interventions. 20. To ensure & follow safety norms. 21. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff. 22. Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime. 23. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. 24. To ensure the minimum in-house inventory & maximum productivity to comply the CC-PC units. 25. To follow the norms/policies fixed by the company. 26. To follow the instructions given by superiors and provide the complete support. The Successful Applicant Work Experience 20 to 25 year with at least 5 Years in a Plant Head Capacity. Proven Regulatory exposure in leadership role tor US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa. PICs etc. Green Field Experience will be value added.
