Job Description : Group Finance Director - to £200,000 and bonus - Highly acquisitive £500+ million revenue service group is looking for a top tier Group FD to support the CFO overseeing financial and management reporting, due diligence, refinancing, shared service, financial controls and procedures, tax and audit. Candidate(s) should come from FTSE or PE backed, min 15 years PQE, able to manage a large team and completed a successful exit.
