Job Description : PLANT QUALITY HEAD AUTO INHJECTION MOULDING MEXICO This role is open to bi lingual International candidates Incumbent as Plant Quality Head will be responsible for leading Quality Assurance across various Products/Processes/ Customers (Internal & External)/Suppliers (Finished Goods & Components). Will be responsible for preparing Quality Assurance Strategy for ensuring right quality enablers for Supplier / Manufacturing value chain for continuous improvement of Overall Quality Metrics. This will be driven by sustainable quality systems including applicable regulatory compliances. Candidate will also be responsible for driving excellence through ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect) & Six Sigma approach. Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), Call Rate & Return Reduction, Flawless New Launches of Outgoing Products and Incoming Components, QMS, ZED Score Enhancement, Plant Alignment to Quality Transformation Roadmap by Enhancing Radar Score, Supplier PPM Reduction, Rolling Throughput Yield Improvement, Competency Building for Team. a) Integrate with various functions to formulate New Product Introduction Gate wise quality deliverables through Quality Risk Assessment sign off, tracker & objective targets. Reviewing and ensuring compliance to validation as per standards (in-house/ supplier end/customer seeding) and set objectives at respective Gates. b) Ensure supplier engagement on PPAP, run@rate delivery. Execute APQP on Finished Goods bought out parts. c) Coordinate with Manufacturing / Production Engineering/ Plant Quality for establishing process controls, Quality systems, and critical touch points. Review performance of new for 6 months since launch. Ensure Flawless Launch and Early Care of new product. d) Integrate with all functions plants to ensure compliance to process/start up verification, stage-wise process data, stage-wise product data, Control plan, SOP, OPLs, receiving inspection enablers thus ensuring results. e) Support Zero effect Zero defect drive, Total Quality Management f) Set a culture of shop engagement through Plan-Do-Check-Act, Problem Countermeasure Monitoring, Process Stage wise improvement tracking, and Quality Circles g) Risk mitigation through Change Management/validation. h) Quality Command Centers for Top-bottom, bottom-top communication. Continuous connect to customer / dealers. i) Upgrade Measurement system, online data acquisition, error proofing across suppliers / plants / Receiving inspection j) Support chronic/sporadic problem resolution and set up immediate containment to Protect the Customer. k) Raise Quality flag. Authorize deviation change request with support of Engineering l) Support leveled escalations system m) Assess various plants through radar mechanism width and depth of deployment of various initiatives. n) Support Plants on QMS, BIS Certifications o) Skill map/certifications of all quality professional p) People Development - BE /B.Tech with 18+ years- experience. - Additional knowledge of QMS, IMS, Change Management, Six Sigma, Shanin, DOE will be preferred Attitude - Change Agent in exponentially growing environment - Capability to cover width/depth Team player/people person
