Job Description : CORPORATE ENGINEERING HEAD SOUTHERN AFRICA 15-20 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. Mechanical engineering degree from a premium institute. Experience in industrial automation. Hands on experience in equipment maintenance, project management and lean engineering. Leadership skills. Responsibilities Oversee the pan India plant engineering operations. Develop strategic road map of engineering in line with company's greater objectives. Monitor and manage the performance of engineering teams across plants. Implementation of highest quality of safety, risk and ESG standards across plants. Provide leadership and guidance to the plant engineering team. Responsible for brownfield/ greenfield engineering project management.
