Job Description : HR BP LOS ANGLES USA Open to International candidates The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to management and employees, providing HR support to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and support. Implement HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance. Advise on talent management, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning. Support employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in performance management processes, including feedback and development plans. Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to inform business decisions. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. Maintain HR metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of HR programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
