Job Description : CFO OMAN The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the oil and gas sector, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage financial risks while driving growth. Financial Strategy and Planning Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and reports. Identify and manage financial risks, including market fluctuations, credit risks, and compliance issues. Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks in trading and shipping operations. Capital Management Liaise with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding and manage relationships. Analyze trading and shipping operations to provide insights on profitability and performance. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CA, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (20+ years) in financial management within the oil and gas industry, particularly in trading and shipping. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate finance. Experience in oil trading market and shipping logistics
