Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : CEO UAE to lead the establishment and growth of a new business. This hands-on role requires an experienced leader with expertise in creating businesses from scratch, managing joint ventures, driving business development, and building out strong teams. The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy and operationally focused, capable of steering the business toward market leadership. The role will report to a dynamic Managing Director, who is responsible for a group of well-established companies. The MD is seeking experienced leaders who are able to take charge, roll up their sleeves and get things done, on order to scale quickly. This is a rare opportunity to lead the creation of a new enterprise, working closely with both government and private sector partners. You will oversee business setup, develop joint ventures, and create a solid foundation for long-term success. As the CEO, you will have the chance to shape the vision, drive strategic growth, and build a high-performing team that supports the company’s objectives. Oversee the business setup process, including establishing the business structure, key roles, appointing teams, preparing business plans and securing joint ventures with both government and private entities. Drive business development efforts, focusing on creating and expanding partnerships. Oversee financial analysis, business planning, and legal collaborations to ensure the company’s sustainable growth. Set-up and manage day-to-day operations, focusing on building a strong foundation and scaling the business effectively. Drive commercial strategy, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability. Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of joint ventures and alignment with strategic goals. Staying hands-on with operational details while maintaining a big-picture focus on growth and development. Build and lead a small, high-impact team, gradually expanding the organization as the business grows. Over 15 years of experience with a strong track record of leadership and business creation/innovation A proven track record of creating businesses from scratch and successfully executing joint ventures and partnerships. Strong business development and operational expertise, with the ability to scale businesses in dynamic environments. Extensive experience in managing negotiations, partnerships, and strategic planning. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Financial acumen, including familiarity with financial models, feasibility studies, financial projections, project management tools and cost control. Strong leadership and resilience to thrive within a start-up environment that is looking to scale quickly based on partnerships Experience within healthcare or private equity / joint ventures would be highly advantageous Experience leading startups or new ventures in regulated industries. Knowledge of local market dynamics and experience in building government and private sector relations is an advantage.
