Job Description : GM SALES EAST AFRICA OUT OF KENYA FOR FMCG 25+ years experience Regional experience mandatory - Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for the Bakery and Noodles Division in the region and handling other produc - Achieve sales targets: Set ambitious sales targets and lead the sales team in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer base. - Sales software implementation: Identify and implement appropriate sales software solutions to streamline and enhance the sales process. Ensure smooth integration with existing systems. - Sales system improvement: Analyze the existing sales system, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and productivity. - P&L management: Monitor and manage the profit and loss of the designated areas. Develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. - Team management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Market analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. - Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and respond to changing customer needs. - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Sales forecasting and reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and sales opportunities.
