Job Description : COO-Garment Export House in Bangladesh dealing in woven garments. Salary range USD 8000- USD 10000 Per month +Expat benefits As the COO, you will oversee the entire factory operations, ensuring efficient production handling from fabric sourcing to dispatch. You will be instrumental in problem-solving during sample inspections, coordinating production processes, and optimizing quality control measures. Your strategic planning and leadership will drive the company's success in meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Factory Management: Oversee overall factory operations, managing manpower and production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments. Sample Inspection Oversight: Address issues encountered during fit, size set, and pre-production (PP) sample inspections, providing effective solutions. Production Coordination: Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to optimize line setup, operational breakdown, and machinery requirements. Quality Assurance: Establish quality checkpoints and assign quality inspectors based on critical production operations. Sample and Production Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between buyers and vendors regarding samples, production planning (PPC), and shipment execution. Production Planning: Develop and set production targets for various garment styles, ensuring alignment with cost per piece. Timeline Management: Create and manage a Master Time and Action (TNA) plan, comparing planned versus actual timelines for each style, from material procurement to shipment. Style Setup: Implement processes to initiate and launch new styles in the shortest possible timeframe. Costing and Material Management: Oversee costing and consumption of fabrics, trims, and other materials, ensuring effective follow-ups to maintain cost efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior operational role within the garment manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of woven garment production processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in production planning and quality control methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with costing and material management principles.
