Job Description : Deputy CEO** **Location:** Sohar, Oman State of the Art Fully Automated Casting plant Customer Base : International **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Deputy CEO to assist in managing overall operations and driving strategic initiatives in the competitive wheel manufacturing sector. This critical leadership role will support the CEO and collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the CEO on long-term strategies and operational oversight. - Lead initiatives to improve production processes, product quality, and drive innovation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Assist in financial management and cost optimization. - Foster a high-performance culture and mentor senior management. - Oversee risk management and crisis planning. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of 15 years in senior management roles, preferably in manufacturing, with experience in the wheel manufacturing or automotive industry. - Deep understanding of wheel manufacturing processes and industry standards. **Skills Required:** - Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. - Strong financial acumen and operational budgeting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with change management and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Performance Indicators:** - Production Efficiency Rate - Profit Margin - Defect Rate (Quality Control) - Employee Retention Rate - Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
