Job Description : REGIONAL WAREHOUS EAND LOGISTICS MANAGER PAPUA NEW GUINEA 15+ years experience • Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives for all warehouses • Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure there is sufficient product available • Build capability within the team to create a culture of accountability and high performance • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure low cost operations • Deliver on all change management initiatives aligned to the business strategy • Achieve all inventory management and stock control targets • Manage operational costs through the optimum use of labour, materials and packaging • Drive cost reduction through continuous improvement projects • Drive a culture of continuous improvement • This role has total accountability for the overall performance and leadership of the Warehouse team across multiple sites
