Job Description : HEAD OF PROJECT GHANA FOR SUGAR FACTORY 20-25 years experience ? Be able to contribute to the refining process choices ? Design of refinery ? Design of manufacturing complex in terms of site layout etc both from a logistics/movement of material point of view ? Choices on civil engineering in the project ? Put together the local/expat team to supervise and support company that sends its team to erect refinery ? Fully understand local compliances on EPA, Labour Laws etc ? Site topography ? Geological study ? Manage the planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting of Sugar Processing project in Ghana. ? Pre-feasibility analysis of the investments covering preliminary market potential and budgetary revenues and costs. ? Procurement for Projects (as per internal / financiers procedures): floating inquiries for equipment & services required, evaluating offers received, negotiations with short-listed parties, detailed contract documentation. ? Provide strategic & technical assistance to vendors and partners whenever needed to achieve the objective
