Job Description : CFO FOR FMCG MALAWI 20+ years experience • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results and MIS preparation • Conduct risk management • Allocate resources and manage cash flows • Conduct profit and cost analyses • Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information • Recommend cost-reducing solutions • Drive the company’s financial planning • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations • Supervise all finance personnel (mfg, distribution, support services, accountants etc.) • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports • Manage tax audits and relations with banks and related government tax offices • Prepare right SOPs, authority matrix and controls for proper functioning of the business
