Job Description : HR & Admin Manager for Qatar We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our dynamic team in the plant, machinery, and heavy equipment (Oil & Gas) sector . The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with our operational objectives. This is a critical role that requires expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance, particularly within industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to support the plant and heavy equipment operations. Recruitment & Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of staff, from technical experts to senior leadership, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for plant and machinery operations. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee well-being. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations, including health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Training & Development: Create and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression. Policy Implementation: Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to the sector. Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative functions, including office operations, facility management, and vendor relationships. Payroll & Compensation: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation structures, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. HR Metrics & Reporting: Provide regular reports on HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment success, and training outcomes. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Experience: 12+years of HR management experience, preferably in the oil & gas. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of labor laws in Qatar and the GCC region. Proven experience with performance management, recruitment, and employee relations. Expertise in managing HR processes in an industrial or construction environment. Proficiency in HR software and systems.
