Financial Controller

Job Description : BRANCH FC BANGKOK THAILAND Indian trading company 12-15 years experience - Responsible for Branch Finance & Accounts function. - Build and maintain relationship with the banks & Liaison with the same as per the business requirement. - Ensure legal & SOP compliances. - Provide necessary reports to the management on periodic basis (Daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually) - Preparation of Financial reports - Analysing financial data. - Branch Financial Position Paper - Overseeing and preparing income statements - Streamlining accounting functions and operations - Evaluating and managing risk - Review of Sales contracts & documentation process - Monthly Payroll Processing - Compliance to the statutory local requirements - Compliance to the Company SOP's - Audit report follow-ups, chasing outstanding actions and to assist in closing points by the required deadline, developing additional policies and processes to further enhance the control environment.
