Financial Controller

Job Description : FC ZIMBABWE 12+ years experience ? Timely preparation of monthly management accounts as per Group requirement- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and Yearly ? Closure of books of accounts, reconciliation of bank, debtor, creditor, and stock ? Preparation of Yearly budget ? Receivable and payable management ? Fund management and preparation of cashflow ? Currency management ? Control over cost against budget ? Liaison with company auditor to finalize yearly statutory accounts, annual returns, and other allied work. ? Entire Gamut of Treasury Function viz credit facilities, ? Cost analysis and reconciliation of Cost accounts with Financial Accounts ? Timely preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly MIS. ? Analysis of Financial Information and highlight the unusual variations/ trends ? Keep a close eye on credit control function ? Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans ? Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. ? Establishing Systems and Processes to plug leakages ? Control of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Internal and External Audit
