Job Description : CEO TANZANIA FOR CHEMICALS Job Description: - BE/B.Tech- IIT + MBA-IIM with 15 to 20 yrs experience at Top Management Level. - Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role. - Strong understanding of salt production processes and industry dynamics. Role & responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals and industry trends. - Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation, expansion, and sustainable business practices. 2. Operational Excellence: - Oversee and optimize salt production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness. - Implement best practices to enhance operational performance and meet production targets. 3. Financial Management: - Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction while maintaining financial sustainability. 4. Market Expansion: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's footprint. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make informed strategic decisions. 5. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing salt production and business operations. -Foster a culture of environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility. 6.
