Job Description : QUALITY DIRECTOR KSA a leading food and beverage manufacturing company based in Riyadh. Seeking an experienced Quality Director to join their team and drive excellence across quality assurance and control. Key Responsibilities & KPIs: As the Quality Director, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing quality management strategies that align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. Key performance indicators includ Quality Assurance & Control: Establish and maintain comprehensive quality standards for all products; oversee quality assurance teams to ensure consistent product excellence. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local and international food safety regulations; manage certifications and audits to uphold industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency. Supplier Quality Management: Oversee supplier quality evaluations and establish robust vendor quality standards; monitor and report on supplier performance. Product Testing & Analysis: Direct product testing and quality assurance programs, implementing rigorous analysis methods to ensure products meet all safety and quality benchmarks. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence; implement training programs to elevate quality skills across the team. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Monitor customer complaints related to quality issues and implement corrective actions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prevent quality concerns. Quality Reporting & KPIs: Regularly report quality metrics to the executive team, highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement. The successful candidate will be a senior quality professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess: 18+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage sector. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, including Saudi FDA and international standards such as ISO and HACCP. A proven track record of developing and implementing quality strategies that drive product excellence. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform quality improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, HACCP, or equivalent) Join a dynamic team dedicated to setting new standards of quality excellence in every product.
